  • Progress tracking and statistics

  • Training session timers and guides

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan: Basic features are available at no cost with limited functionality.

Paid Plans: Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Price changes will be notified in advance

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our Service, including videos for analysis. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only
  • Results may not be 100% accurate and should not replace professional coaching
  • Always consult with a qualified coach or medical professional for personalized advice
  • We are not responsible for injuries resulting from following AI suggestions

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding user content), is owned by Padel Coach AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padel Coach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the AI analysis
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Service interruptions or downtime

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
