By downloading, installing, or using Padel Coach AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
The App is operated by Sultans of SaaS, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

Padel Coach AI offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.
Subscription Plans:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and create derivative works (such as AI analysis results) for the purpose of providing our services.
Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data and user content at any time by contacting us at hello@padelcoachai.com. For more information about how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Our AI analysis is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It should not replace professional coaching or medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for personalized training guidance.
All content, features, and functionality of Padel Coach AI are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at hello@padelcoachai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai, UAE, in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
